zOMG! is a free to play browser MMORPG created by the Gaia Online team. At first I completely ignored it because I can't stand the Gaia community, but after reading this preview/ifeature on it (courtesy of N4G) I gave it a shot, and it's actually a pretty fun game. GREAT to play at work when you'd rather not be analyzing latest sales reports and would rather be having fun
Anyone else from MMORPG giving it a whirl? Maybe we could set up a clan or something.

lol....i thought you were saying zOMG! cuz you were excited
Tried it, not my cup of tea.
What does ZOMG stand for?
it's the name of a game like wow is a name of a game
its looks fine, but not my style of game
Apparently it doesn't work.
Watch Led Zeppelin, Darkfall Tribute
Watch Johnny Cash, Darkfall Tribute
ewwww looks bad. sorry to say
Well honestly WoW is not the real name of the game... its just what everyone calls it... its World Of Warcraft... and the guy did ask what does zOMG stands for cause he knew that WoW stands for lol.
they should make a game called wtfBBQ
That was almost as painful as Runescape.
When we get back from where we are going, we will return to where we were. I know people there!
Rock on!
Now instead of a bbs discussing strictly naruto vrs bleach vrs ff7..
It's a mmo with the same community.
Sign me up!
Oivey can't believe it's lasted that long. That community has been the gem of my goon searches for horrible crap.
I mean Aeris or Tifa who is hotter, how much deeper do you need get?
zOMG is corruption of latin... wounds of my god or something alike.
Gonna give it a try
Please note:
I would rather not disqualify a game before testing it, much like judging a book by its color, however I cannot see myself getting into this game. But, my personal interests involve browser-based MMORP games or MORP games: I'll at least give this zOMG a few hours worth of play and I'd like to speak to the developers.
In case you're wondering why I'd like to discuss certain ideas with the developers, I'm looking to build my own browser-based MMO game. Microsoft's Silverlight seems to be a wonderful platform for the development of games that rival Flash-based games, but this time the technology isn't based upon foundations in animation; it's well-structured and seems like it could be put to good work in the (M)MORPG field of gaming.
Anyway: I would love to play with some of the people on this forum. However, please find a good-looking, good-quality game first. I've yet to play it and know that I'm being biased, just it doesn't seem my cup of tea, so to speak.
EDIT: I'll let you know how I get along with this game.

A browser based mmo is a good idea (especially for those of us looking for new browser content to avoid work) but this just didn't do it for me.
I've tried Gaia Online for roleplaying, but I hate anime with kiddy artwork.
Ninja Scrolls for the win!
