Is it still possible to get a Mustafar bunker?

I've been thinking of coming back I played for a bout 3 years on my one account that had all the expansions including Mustafar registered to it. But I remember I got them all in one of the bundle sets so I never got the Lava Flea or the Mustafarian bunker.
Now for the life of me I can't remember if the Mustafar bunker was a pre order item or if it came with the Mustafar expansion. Either way is there anyway to currently get the bunker, preferabbly on my account that already has Mustafar? Has it been made tradeable in my absence maybe? If I got a brand new account would it be possible to get it?

Yeah, you can still get it if you buy the Trials of Obi-wan digital download.
