Still havent touched my 50s. Playing the new class up through the new content so far. I only go to my others to make gear for it and farm.

Since I know most of the lower content already several times, its faster so Ill see the new stuff after a bit. (31 Rune)

Glad to hear its so 'annoying'... that usually means HARD mobs, which I like. :)

Don't want it too easy or you'll never find out exactly what your character is capable of.

ATM all the RK's i see tend to destroy the mobs ezly even the hard ones.Dont know if u will find any hard mobs to face ;p At least normal mobs.

Still level 50.  Wife and I finished Book 1 and got access to Moria this weekend.  We take things very slow and casual.  I predict it will take us approximately 20-30 weeks to hit 60.  It took us 17 months to hit the level 50 cap and that was playing pretty much weekly.

There's not rush.  Moria isn't going anywhere, and it's not like we're paying subscription fees.

No, we only play 1-2 evenings a week (only 3-6 hours a week).

We both have careers (not just jobs) as well as a large house and a lot of property to maintain in addition to the normal crap adults have ot deal with.  I also have a 1.5 hour commute each day.  Some of our play time is spent crafting, some time is spent questing.  My wife literally hit 50 the Sunday before MoM was released.  So, even though we are "slow" we're playing the game at the perfect pace (IMO).  Never once in those 17 months have either of us ever said we're bored or there's nothing left to do.

My LM is 54, my minstrel is 51. my minne will probably pass my LM soon. Just my opinion here but the patch helped me a lot as far as my survivibility goes as a minstrel. Anyway I am ion no rush for anything, I am sure I will be one of the ones who stil has things he needs/wants to do still when the next expansion launches LOL. I could have used a couple of more months before this one to finish up some deeds and finish lvling a couple of crafts.

    I miss DAoC

My captain just turned 58, tops in my kin but there are a lot of 60s running around the 21st Hall!  Still have a lot of quests to do in areas I've explored.  I haven't even touched Flaming Deeps or Foundation of Stone yet.  Book 4.5 is about to lead me into the Flaming Deeps though.  Instance wise I've done the Forgotten Treasury once but haven't tried any of the other ones.

My weapon is level 25ish and I'm hoping to get it to level 30 by the time I get a new 59/60 weapon.  I have a 2nd age emblem that is 23ish and it's nice enough that I want to get it to level 40 to see what it looks like.  I also have a weapon for RA/OG buffs only and an emblem for Focus buff only.  Gear wise I've found a lot of the rewards for the book quests to be very nice, and I have found use for most of them.  Picked up a couple Glittering Khazad-Gold earrings off the AH for 850s a piece which I thought was a good deal seeing as they are probably the 2nd best crafted earrings in the game.

Crafting wise I'm proficient in T6 cook, and approaching proficiency with my jeweler.  I have some friends sending me gems to help speed it up but it's slow going!  My jeweller also just turned Ally with the Jeweller's guild.  I've yet to kill a single Mithril Flake dropper... It's just so busy in Moria they don't have much chance to live I guess!

My minstrel is level 57 and just getting in to bk4, however, the most progression I've seen by inspecting another toon was this -- level 60 hunter with 3 of 6 pieces of epic radiance gear already (bp, boots and legs).   I inpsected that hunter last night too -- sooo that was crazy fast progression imho (his kin was a big beta testing kin I believe).  Also folks have already almost finished bk 6 in my kin.  Most progression in my kin is level 60 with 1 piece of epic raidance gear (boots of course) and almost done bk6.  In my circle I'm taking things rather slowly LOL.  I've yet to do get my tailoring rep started (been focussing on leveling since tailors are a dime a dozen at this point hehe).  I have lots of mats though.

Been having a lot of fun leveling with my wife (level 56 champion) she just got kindred with the cooking guild and is supreme master cook and supreme master farmer.

I've only logged into the game with my 50 a couple of times to help out low lvl's in my kin. Having to much fun atm with my warden. I might even roll a Rune-keeper before i head into to Moria lol.

My warden is lvl 39 atm, i think he will be the first of my toons to enter Moria.

Looks like the two new classes are a huge success. And I really wonder what Turbine will come up with for the next expansion that will be Rohan I expect? My guess will be mounted combat of course, but i would love to have two new classes :)

Currently enjoying the new classes, I will admit that if warden was available at the launch I would have nver rolled a champion. As the others said before I am in no rush to hit Moria although my 51 hunter is running around Eregion.

All in all I am quite pleased with the expansion.

I've already seen a person with full radiance gear..  Pretty soon the Watcher will be going down.  Myself I suspect I will never get the full set, since I don't have a raiding kin.

About half way through 52.  I get too caught up with the scenery to get much done.  I got into Moria, then spent about 8 hours over the past week killing off those orcs right outside of Dolven View.  Don't even have a quest for them, but my burglar does enjoy watching them die.

Fun expansion!  The mines are quite massive and confusing!

cool a full set eh?  Hrmm well assuming the same 6 people grouped for all 6 instances that's probably 6 full sets on your servor -- watcher requires 12, so they are halfway there (unless they had 2 equally elite groups).   Some kins have had a lot of experience in Beta though so it's hard to predict just how long the strategy will take to be solved (although Balrog was beaten during the first week by the serverwide top kins) so it's hard to predict -- depends on what you mean by soon, my expectation is that most servers are probably 2 to 3 weeks away from having a solid force and strat on the watcher -- could be wrong, but I'm actually curious to see how the timing effects things.  A lot of college age kids are going in to an examination period pre christmas which will cut in to some of the time they had when Rift was released (October something if I recall correctly) so IMO a solid regular group of 12 in full radiance that has the strat and co-ordination down on this encounter could encounter some unanticipated delays.   Also holidays notoriously disrupt raiding schedules so that's a factor as well.

Kind of exciting though -- I just know I won't be one of the first hehe and I"m ok with that
