I love anime as well. But like MMO's theres more crap there there are greats. So you realy gotta find out which are best. Although alot have a female "archie comics" kind of target, and those ones bore me to death. Excellent series to get into, Cowboy bebop (avail in package of dvd and worth every penny), the grand-daddy of saga based anime Robotech (cheesy by todays standard but it's responsible for and so heavily influced so many gerns of anime it deserves more credit then just about any other), AstroBoy if you ever wanna see the birth of anime. It was a great series that was actually designed in homage to the disney style of art which quickly evolved into manga and Anime.

But  current series? NARUTO!!!!!! you can download the torrents, one of the greatest series ever. I'm loving it. It's got great characters, great story, the movies will be out soon, it's finishing it's forth seaon and going into it's 5th. (99 eps to date). If u goto http://www.animesuki.com/group.php/5.html You can download the torrents, and the package to older eps in groups of ten to make life easier. This link takes you to the Anubu releases, then are the best group fan subing it atm.

I love anime, it's the closes thing to art you're gonna see in motion. It's just a canvas for the directors, there are no limits to what can be in an anime. It's all very emotional too.
