Im trying to find a new game and after trying lotro and coh trials they just seem kinda nothing new from other games sim gonna try aoc at least till aion comes out and im wondering are there any at least medium or heavy pve or pvp servers? on EU side

Server merges will come during this month, so what server you chose wont be that important, allthough I would suggest you chose one of the recommended servers form the server list (You see which they are when you make a character).

well often recommended servers are new and low pop servers and i prefer to play with the highest pop server even tho il get ganked or whatever
Yeah, that is often true, but the servers put up as recommended in AoC was probably the ones with the highest pop, so that new players would not end up on the low pop servers before the mergers. Many other servers than the recommended have a decent pop too, but a lot of players there wil be on their lvl 80 mains, so levelling at the low lvls might be a bit lonely. For PvP Fury is a safe bet for EU. For PVE I'm not so sure, but Crom is the recommended server, and has a decent population from what I have heard.
If you want to try something new I recommend you try The Chronicles of Spellborn. It launched TODAY in most countries and is looking pretty good imo.
