Looking for MMO, NO ITEM SHOP!

I'm looking for a fantasy MMORPG, preferably without a box or game download cost.  Monthly fees aren't a turnoff for me.  I just don't want to pay 50 bucks off the bat for a game that I might not play more than a week.

Characteristics I'm Looking For:

--A wide variety of items/equipment.

--Moderate to Large Population.

--PVP other than just offered/accepted duels.

--WASD Control Scheme

--Crafting. (Not necessary, but hoped for.)

--Somewhat new.  I don't want a game where the majority of players have already reached the highest level. (If possible)

 

Characteristics I'm NOT Looking For:

--Childish cute looking anime characters with ridiculously disproportionate heads and eyes. (They make me want to strangle things/people/animals/babies/vegetables/myself.)

--ITEM MALL/SHOP.  Aside from the ability to gain revenue for the developer, BY FAR the worst idea ever put into practice.  The need to rely on spending money to level up faster, or be adequate in PVP sickens me.

--Gold Farming. (If its impossible to find a game without a shitload of gold farmers, I understand.)

 

And just to state again. Monthly fees and grinding are not really issues to me.  When I play these games, the mindless grinding is kind of relaxing.

And yes, I am waiting for Runes of Magic.  Maybe I should just stop looking until that comes out, unless it has an Item Mall.

Holy shit, I just realized I joined this site four years ago and have made eleven posts.

edit: Didn't count on this one making twelve. Now I have an even rate of 3 posts per year.

Yes, Runes of Magic will be having an item mall. I remember reading they plan to sell furniture for your house, but I am unsure if they plan to sell items that will make leveling faster or items. It will be in open beta in like a week.
