Basicly, is this game for people who like PVP? The game is interesting, but I am somewhat of a scaredy cat when it comes to fighting another player... So anyway, is all a game for players who like fighting other players or can scaredy cats, like me, play without too much interference from the enemy? Thanks for your time! ^_^

Their are plenty of PvE opportunities, in fact you can PvE to 40 if you want, but most PvP, and last I checked, mostly in scenarios rather than world RvR, but rumor is they're working on that.
If you want a PvE game though, you can definently find a better choice than WAR. It's easy, really easy, and basically consists of one big quest grind. PQ's are interesting, I loved them personally, but it was difficult to get a group toghether to do one, if you ever got one at all, so most go unfinished.
It is mostly about PvP (RvR) but I really wouldn't let that hold me back, in Daoc I played 80% PvE and in WoW something like 99% PvE and I enjoy RvR in Warhammer immensely. The flavor of PvP is one that has had more than one dedicated PvE player say "Hmmm, this is actually kinda fun", and fun is after all why most of us play games
PvE in WAR is at least sa much as PvP. And till you can fully do only PvE you almost cant only PvP. Lets say PvE vs PvP is very balanced
Where themepark games try to hide that they are copying WOW, games like Mortal Online and Darkfall make no attempt to hide their inspiration

Another thing to note: Whenever you PvP, it's always by choice. You never *have* to go into the RvR scenarios, or the RvR areas of the maps. If you accidentally stumble into the RvR areas, you get a big message flashing across your screen with the 10 second countdown to becoming PvP flagged, and you can back out and prevent flagging if you choose.
So it will always be up to you whether or not you want to partake in the glorious massacre of the enemy, or whether you'd rather support your side by working through the solo quests or getting groups together to complete the Public Quests. All of those count towards the success of your side, so PvE is just as important for zone control.
just do the scenarios. It's pvp but that is all it is. You will have a side and they will have a side and you won't be alone.
There is a pve component but it's "ok" at best in my opinion. I think you could easily go to lvl cap doing pve but I'm not sure how fun you will think it is.

If you play on one of the PVE (or "core") servers, you can avoid PVP and do all the questing and dungeons, the content is fantastic, the dungeons (especially at 40) are difficult and rewarding, and the lore is rich and involving
That said...
Don't be scared, it's a computer game, the best fun is to be had near and at level 40 when fighting other players in PVP, in massive 200 v 200 battles across the game map. And if you die, you only have to run back from the warcamp, and lose just a few silver, it's not too bad so don't be afraid to fight
The PvE in WAR is the same as most other MMOs. You can successfully level that way but I guarantee you'll start to be tempted into PvP! I'm a WoW carebare that got sucked into PvP through the instant scenarios that are really fun, this led me on to RvR.
BTW I think that completing quests adds to your Realms points. So even by questing you're helping your side in a tiny way.
PvE is surprisingly good in WAR if you ask me, and it's chock-full of group content. You'll probably want to try out some RvR as well, though.
PVE is repetiive and boring in my opinion. This game is a cross between a FPS and MMO. Not great at either but okay enough to be mildly enjoying.
Waiting for the next thing
Scared of PvP? Roll a healing class! Heal and rez your fellow team members and they will love you. However, you will now have a big target over your head, so don't be afraid to die. Just pretend the other side's players are insane mobs that desperately want to kill you!
