I got bored with my old mmo, city of heroes, and decided to give Vanguard another try.  The new starter island is alot of fun, but you wont find alot of teams till you leave it.  So far i have  a lvl 18 shaman and a lvl 20 disciple, and havent had to many problems finding teams.  I did have some problems finding teams in the middle of the work week.  The game has alot of cool features and the graphics are great. Not alot of bugs or lag either

That is very exciting to hear for me.  I'm most definatly going to give VG another shot.  I so badly wanted it to be what it could during its launch.  Due to my older PC then and the numerous bugs and giltches,  I just found it to be too unplayable.

Just out of curiosity, what server did you decidie to go with, I hear that (sp) Seridon seems to be the biggest US server.  I'm very much hoping for a good community, much like the one on these here boards, just for that next level of maturity.  I just feel like, hey, i've been around since the EQ days and i've had enough of selfish gamers who think they are owe'd something.

I mean listen, i'm 23 now, i've expierenced enough of that old mundane feeling that I was getting from WoW and even Warhammer to a certian extent, of just selfish non-community driven players.  Vanguard seems to be, to myself atleast, very much a catalyst for this type of player interaction and involvment.  Here's hoping anyway!

See you all out there in a few, just a few days till' the shiny new PC show's up.

I am the stone that the builder refused.

I'm sure you'll notice a huge difference. It's a refreshing change from everything else out there at the moment.
