another new player seeking a trial

I've noticed people have been having luck obtaining trial keys for LII (having a tough time obtaining one), just loaded up the client last night , NCSoft is no longer giving out free trials cause it appears that people were abusing trial privileges  , but there seems to be a buddy system , I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me out . I'll be checking on this thread after work tonight , thanks mmo'ers .

ehh , well looks like a no go I guess . It really sucks when credit spammers/ farmers mess it up for people that really want to play . I even went to such lengths as to contact NC Soft customer service to request a trial key , but to no avail got the "generic" response , "we're no longer distributing trial codes due to dumb$#@es exploiting they're accounts". Oh well , might have to brake down and buy one of those NC Soft gamer time cards.
