Pretty effects and attacks ?

Hi I'm looking for a game that looks decent and doesn't get too boring too fast.

 

My preferences :

 

Low lvl PVP (obviously high lvl pvp would be way more fun)

Cartoony Graphics are cool with  me

Balanced Class/Skill system in PVP and/or PVE

I don't like close ups on my characters, I wanna see the field I'm walking, so zooming out is kidna important. (Please don't suggest Holic Online, just played it and the camera pissed me off )

Not too much walking involved, or some auto-walk or something

Fun Combat
