As in another post i realy liked vanguard but the population isnt high enough to justify staying with it. What i would like is a similar game with enough people to find teams. Im not looking for a game where people team only after they hit max level. Any current games or games comming out soon like this ?

Join a guild, problem solved. There are so many guilds who help lowbies out and team with them with their alts.
give it another month or two there will be more people coming back and more new people playing.
Depends what you think is "like vanguard."
Visually and mechanics? Everquest 2
Massive game world that is seamless and sprawling with life? None that I can really think of. WoW isn't bad at giving the seamless feeling, but it is kind of linear still (follow road).

What server you on?
I doubt there is any game, besides WoW (and maybe WAR)where the population is massively overwhelming. Given that Vanguard has huge lands and areas it will always feel sparsely populated.
However, for me this is nicer than having cramped areas ala AoC.
I play Vanguard for the adventure, solo, no problem, if i want to group then i either look for a group or start one my self.
Also note that there are a fair few dungeons you can go to at a particular level, so unlike say Wow, where for a particular lvl range there is one or maybe two dungeons (the main reason people group) and you find lots of players join the LFG channel looking to go to one particular dungeon. This i believe is a reason why people are not actively looking for groups and this in turn gives the impression that no one wants to group, which is far from the fact.
As on the Seradon server it doesn't take long to find a few people willing to group as in any other game i have played.
So, for me, on a visual basis is does look sparsely populated, but on the functional side it is not.
And from here on in it will only increase in pop(due to the performance and stability fixes).
Other games that are direct competitors to VG are EQ2, LOTRoL and WoW. I dont know how east it is to group in these games (expect WoW) but i hear it is not easy, in fact you may find that grouping in VG is in fact easier than the others!
yea just try and stick with vanguard for now. Grouping gets even better at max lvl too.
I'm not sure any game is better at lower levels.
Wow has a lot of people but almost everyone is max level. Unless you can find a new server you won't find many people to group with.
EQ2 has about the same pop and distribution as VG so it won't be much different although if you get in a guild in eq2 people will mentor down to you once you get to lvl 30 or so. Before that certain people might have problems being functional.
LoTR I don't know but would guess it is similar.
Alas grouping at lower levels is a problem on any game that has been out awhile.
My personal experience is that grouping in VG is easier because the game is a bit more rewarding for grouping so people are more inclined to want to group. After lvl 15 or so I never had a problem getting a group.

Umm... Stay subed and tell your friends... and join a guild if you really want to play with people.. this is in all games.
If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude; greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.
