PVP Ruleset?

I played the game at launch and rolled PVE cause the FFA PVP wasnt for me. I know they've made changes since release and maybe I just suck with the search function and google, but I cant find any links with the current ruleset for PVP servers. If someone could point me in the right direction or list the changes here I'd greatly appreciate it.
