Hmm since September I did over 20 sieges and did not notice those bugs you are mentioning.
What all of missing features ?
- DX10 yup still missing
- PvP XP and levels - implemented with 4 months delay.

And by wiping you mean the people who cheated and gain huge amounts of XP by exploiting .. i would perm ban them they got easy way out.
As for wasting money well I dont know being that most single player games costs as much as AoC or even less and they usually include like 10h game play well you get your box worth by the time you leave tortage.
p.s. The game is far from perfect and lacking good end game but reading your post is just ....

Just wanted to say that I got in touch with the funcom guys and they unbanned my account. Guess they were willing to listen and resolve it. It took a few days, but I am good to go now. I guess its time to see if the game has improved any. I am just really bored waiting for darkfall

They really need the paying subs, they would probably re-activate just about anyone. Nothing against you personaly, please don't take offense.
Huh, this is Asknets fault, they reported you in for a fraud, what do you expect funcom to do about it? They have to trust the store, just create another account and insert your key, problem solved.
Yeah you could spend a load of time to have Asknet tell Fc that it is a misstake but that is just waste of everyones time, it takes a few minst to get a new FC account. I really don't see how you can get upset for AoC for this, stop buying stuff from Asknet instead and punish the guilty ones instead.

Well yeah they need more subs but really, they would not re-act anyone. In this case the OP was accused of a fraud by a store, and they did sort it out... What more do you want them to do about it?

I think they handled it perfectly ok and legimately. What if it went the other direction? At least it got sorted out from asknets mess - it's all there in black and white and logically their fault. Some people will jump on anything.
All im gonna say here is that someone at Funcom coustmer support is probaly in trouble for doing the right thing for a change. Im pretty hard on them but here is a case they did right.

They've said they know about all the problems and they're sorry not everything was in the game at launch but they're going to slowly add it all in. I mean yeah the game isn't for everyone but basically saying it's one of the worst mmorpgs for that reason is dumb when every mmorpg I've ever known has had the same launch.

I just think all the Funcom hate is over the top and all the insults and threats thrown at them is stupid. It isn't like they're SOE and said "up yous current playerbase" and change the game completly and basically said "they'll be back"..... They had a launch where alot of things were missing but then again so has everyother mmorpg.
I just don't understand why they need to be insulted because it isn't like Funcom went "we want to launch a bad game" no they just had a deadline to hit and they couldn't get it done in time.
No, but it was Funcom who said "let's continue being dishonest with customers" after they failed to meet their deadline. Missing Directx10, which was suppose to be in at launch. There was even a DX10 toggle in the options, which was removed a day before the game's launch when Funcom released a news statement stating that it was being delayed. the 1000+ armor sets, which were missing from the game. The working stats, which Funcom didn't even know weren't working! The list can go on an on.
The point is that through out all this time, Funcom was not honest about the state of the game with their potential customers. They ignored beta testers completely and focused on improving Tortage to ensure the high reviews, as most review sites would only play the first few 10 or so levels to get the feel of the game.
That is why they are catching flack. For total disreguard for their customer base. Not because of the poor launch. Things like that happen, although having a horrible launch with AO, should've been a learning experience for them.
