After leaving EVE-Online i tried AoC and some what failed... but that is another story.. and no.. not the neverending story though that is a great film..
Should i return to WAR? I stopped playing around the level you get a mount.. I was a Wizard on the ORDER side.. there is not much out to play and i do love the fact you can get XP doing PVP Instances..
But i have no played in a verrrrrrrry long time.. few months.. so should i come back? Has much changed?

Many things in T3 are not better. The xp grind still gets much wrose at that point. RvR campaign is not much better. They have done more incentivization in the RvR realm but have not changed the underlying mechanics.
There is more action in the RvR. If you are looking for EvE type PvP but without the spread sheets in space then you won't be getting it with WAR. If you are looking for some action in an RvR lake and don't care about much else you may get it.
if the updates and hot fixes they are doing to fix the game sound interesting to you then sure 15 dollars really isnt that much money
Why not try again?
You already have the box so that's not a problem. There are plenty posters saying Warhammer is WAY better in every way, and plenty saying its still not soup yet.
If you're not playing anything atm, why not try it again? Then you can see if its to your liking now and post that. If not, you can post that too.
I don't see a real loss here other than $20 approximately if it's not so hot for you. But you'll definitely know by those 30 days if its the game for you now or not.

In short - the game is much more polished technically and there's non-stop open RvR all the time.
If this appeals to you then do come back. You might get turned off by the fact that they nerfed BWs pretty much to oblivion. I'd suggest you make a new character and if you were on one of the low pop servers I'd reccomend doing it on one of the reccomended ones because there's no point in playing on a low pop server at the moment.
If you disliked it bad enough to leave once, you wont like it more now. Two new classes keep entertainment a week or two, but thats it.

No, wait until the game is a year out at least. If you quited that fast the first time you surely wont like the game again after just a few months, if ever.
But the game will be changed with time to the better and a year is a long time, then it might have the chanse to fixed all the things you didn't like.
If you played long enough to get to 'buying a mount' level, you probably already know how much you like the game.
Doubt if much as changed, possibly lower player numbers (at lower levels at least I suspect).

Hard to say. I have played since beta, and I'm still playing. I enjoy the game, but there are still many improvements that need to be made.
I think like others have said it all boils down to what you are looking for. If you have friends that are playing, and like the RvR aspect, I'd say go for it.
If you want a more pve experience, I'd probably go play something else. As much as I like WAR..the pve is subpar.
If you didn't like the game in the frist place i'd say no they haven't really changed anything that will fundamentally change your gameing experience.
But if you left because of population or lack of rvr i'd say give it a try but do your homework to find a good server.
They nerfed BW? oh... what did they do? grrr!!! i didnt know it was OP..
So what is the recomendations to try out? i left because i was still playing EVE which i played since day 1 but ive given that up to find a MMO that i can play causually and have fun..
Hmm... since you rolled a BW I'd say that it is the insane burst DPS that turns you on.. Sadly at the moment there are no classes like that in Order - the only high DPS/ extreme squishy left is Witch Elves and I have this terrible feeling they're going to get nerfed (meaning turned boring) soon due to all the whining.
A good choice would be a Witch Hunter - not as much DPS as a WE but it can get out of a tight spot if need be. Another nice DPS class is engineer - good survivability and it can dish out a lot over time.
Sadly, it seems that "live fast die young" classes are on their way out. Damn those QQ-ers!
