Now, Im looking at video cards, my question is which one should I go for

I really want a EVGA vid card, because of their "Step-Up" program, would it be worth it if I went with this program instead of buying just any vid card?
Also I would like opinion's on the processor, and motherboard I have chosen...thanks
P.S. I also have 500W PSU that should be good enough correct??

My bad, thats my motherboard, and thanks for the tips man, Im thinkin a 500W would be decent, but im probably going to for a 600-650W just to upgrade.
650W will completely future-proof your computer when you want to upgrade to a high-end processor and graphics card
