So im thinking of picking up DDO again. I saw it for like 5 bucks at Gamestop. My question is. I havn't

played in like a year or so. and will be getting the 7 day trial tomarrow when I get home. But my question

is, What new features have they added. anything game breaking? How is the game as a whole now? Any

Better or worse? Hows the new content? As a "newb" will i be left in the dust when it comes to doing early

on group stuff?

I have been looking for a good MMO sence i left wow, got kind of stale... (4 years of everyday religious play

will do that). Just need something i can get into again. and to pass the time when i am at home.

Anyways, Thanks for all the help and info

Well, for starts, there is a new low level area that is a springboard for teaching the game to new people.

    Rangers are melee gods now.

    Clerics are caster gods now.

Check the forums for whether or not staying pure is a good idea.

    The marketplace tent is gone

In it's place is a new area with two run up raids in it.

    Monk has been added

    Everyone gets 10 character slots.

Cap is 16, with 20 this spring.

(making a plug for my server) Thelanis is hopping.

New spells, new enhancements, new presige class enhancements, crafting, oh probably a tonne more stuff I cannot recall at thistime.

It's worth the 5 bucks, man.

Level cap? it's 16 right now.   Goes to 20 this spring.

Rogue is good.  the level 20 capstone has been announced on it on theforums.  If you like it, stay pure, but I would reccomend more multiclassing.  It's up to you.  The PrE enhancement lines forthe rogue are nice, especially Way of the Assassian and Way of the Mechanic, which iswhat my rogue/ranger has.

    I love Wrack Construct!!

ANyways, there isa list of my alts in the sig.  Look me up on THelanis.
