Can the UK "Guild Wars: The Complete Collection" keys be used for North American play?

Hey guys, I'm not big on the idea of spending 90 dollars to own all GW Games, but I saw the complete collection has been released in the UK some time ago. My question is, if I get it, can I use the account keys to create a North American account for play on NA servers?

Guild Wars accounts used to be designated as belonging to a particular region, but no more.  If you have an account, you can freely switch to American servers, European servers (and in a variety of languages), Korean servers, Japanese servers, and International servers.

If you're worried, you could just buy the Guild Wars Trilogy (all three campaigns, which gives you perhaps 85% of the content, and more like 95% of the interesting content) on Amazon for $50.  If you later want Eye of the North, too, that's only another $20.

Note: switching between servers is as easy as selecting another district via a drop-down menu whilst in a town in-game. It's no huge deal and your characters are all universal.
