Why wuold you buy an Alienware? If you know about computers enough, you could put together your own and OC/adjust it on your own and save alot of money.

thats pretty much relative.
Some nvidia cards with the same specs as an ATI had better benchmark tests and vice cersa.
You just have to compare the benchmark tests on the specific power you want.
