Billing question

in Age of Conan: Unchained

 

I can't get a straight answer on  the "Official Forums" so I'll try here. I recently went from paid time cards to FC Billing I received a 15.23 deduction from FCI is that Funcom? I was told that Funcom Billing read as Age of Conan subscription. could someone look at their statement and clue me in cause I have no clue who FCI is...

    I don't know if this helps you much, but this is from my statement.

     FUNCOM GMBH GLOBALCOLLECTGB 14.99

     FOREIGN TRANSACTION FE  0.15

    No mention FCI. Might call your bank.
