Hey, I tried to sign up for AO free trail, but I need to fill my credit card, I thought it was free, it's a bug or something ? Do I need to enter some other link maybe ?

Yes you need to put in a CC number but its just for checking your age and things like that. Also so you can't do the trail over and over again.

You won't be charged until the 7 day trail is over, just cancel your trail account before that time.

 Some ways "around this" is to use a Debt Card number.

You can also use the number to any old credit card you have that has already expired, not being used anymore, or is cut up.

 The only MMORPG I know of that does not require a CC number is...... *drumroll* Runescape.

Hey VampIL,

well I found it seems to be common among all the games offering free download / access to require a CC as verification (with the honourable exeption mentioned by the esteemed xplororor).
From my past experiences with AO I can tell you that they handle it pretty well and you won't be billed unless you sign up for a payable account (they don't put you on "billable" after the test-phase)
