What would YOU bring to the Job System?

I'm here thinking of what I would change to jobs. Like what ability I would give certain jobs, or stats, or special inate abilities. Like the monk could have a throw technique, at lower levels he could only use it on certain sizes, then as the lvls went up he could take on larget opponnents.
What do you think SE could bring to jobs?

I think it would be nice to give BLMs a chance.

Seriously, they should retool the Check command. It calls some enemies easy prey, but right now, at lvl 10, it means easy prey for an army of 10 rangers, 8 white mages, and 4 black mages.
