In a pickle regarding my account

Okay... where to begin?  I just started playing this game December 9th, 2008.  I tried to log in a few days ago to find that my account has been suspended due to billing problems.  I was suprised to see this because I had enough funds in my account(I use a debit card), and there should have been no problems.  So I go to the billing page to re-enter my billing info and received an error.  It said this to be exact:

The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later. If you continue to experience this error, you may wish to try another credit card or contact your issuing bank. To request further assistance, please visit support.turbine.com. [err: 30005]

The system was unable to update your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again. [err: -2]

So I double check to make sure all the info is correct and try again, but still the same error.  I tried it a few more times and then gave up.  By the way, this is the same card I used to start my subscription on.  Anyways, it was too late to call their account management support phone line, so I decided to email them.  It's been 4 days and still no response from them.  They sent me an email on the first day confirming they received my inquiry.  I also tried calling them and have been trying to call them for the past 3 days but keep getting a message saying the phone number I`m trying to call, can't accept incoming calls.  Not only that, but I tried to log in the official forums on their website, only to learn that it's been suspended.  So now I`m stuck with no account, and no way to contact them about my account.

Can anyone help me with this problem?  Was there an announcement stating they were having trouble processing billing info?  Why doesn't their phone service work?

    Well I would verify with my bankt that the correct address is linked to that debit card.  If you have moved and forgot to update the bank then it would be your old billing address you use.  That is the most common problem is people just don't enter there billing address exactly the same as the way the bank has it.  If that still doesn't work, call turbine again, I have always found them very helpful.  As for e-mailing them, try to get an online chat going with them and give them all the information and see what they say there.  That is all I can suggest bud, it seems like a problem with your bank and the address they have on file for you.

    I'm sorry to hear you've had so much trouble.  I've never dealt with Turbine's account support staff but I did verify that the only phone number they have listed for account support says that the number does not accept incoming calls when you call it.

    The only thing I can suggest is going to Best Buy or EBGames and buying a time card until you can get ahold of someone to fix the issue.
