servers based on timezones?

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

are there servers for different time zones? if so which one would be good for est time?

    There is only US and EU servers, but i'm not sure what timezone the US servers are in.

    Another thing which I didn't like about this game is that all servers are in one area.. You would tihnk that would be in the middle of the USA somewhere so both coast would get the same type of ping, but nope they are all in Virginia from what I understand.....
