new servers?

in Lord of the Rings Online

considering playing lotro ,have they or do they create new servers as needed?  if not would you say anyone starting out could still find friends to play with?  i know on older wow servers it can be hard to find people ur lvl range to play with

    No they havent created any new servers but there is alot of low level players on the old servers (since there is no new ones to roll on :p )

    If WoW = The Beatles
    and WAR = Led Zeppelin
    Then LotrO = Pink Floyd
