DF not coming to US for MONTHS ?

Why is it golden?
Because according to master Tasos he had to turn down all kinds of offers from well known "big name" publishers to help publish DF..
So I suppose rather than accepting one of these highly lucrative publishing offers and bring DF to the states ASAP they'd rather just sit back and wait many months for......................
what exaclty???

Whats so legitimate about companies like SOE, Blizzard, and Funcom? They are an indie company for a reason. For the same reasons that indie bands keep their music between themselves, the friends they work with, and the fans. Without the big name money making machines in between your project there is nothing can wrong, and if something does go wrong at least you only have yourself to blame.

indie yes and still they are not legit and have zero integrity and lets not even go into the money side of things.
and it's ture they will be the one's holding the bag when it hits the fan.
If they are unable to launch or have a smooth launch on game day everyone will ask why they did not get a publisher to handle these things.
Go tell it to the fans of the game that has a D/L cap and would rather buy a box instead.
