Agree, this is one more victory of viral marketing no more no less.
But now it's no more our problem. FB are going to pay for something they never saw, never tried, never played to a Cy who never did a game before.
It's no more our problem friends . Fanboys are blind , that's why they are not players but FB. It' s not our money, not our bank accounts, not our computers.
Don't care anymore about FB money. And i'll be happy to see them crying after that.
I'll never pay a Ct for this... THING. Think about DnL and Vanguard. And pay if you want, don't care. I keep my money . I'll never install such a crappy soft on my nice and well optimized computers.
DFO's fanbase are only chidren, kids, very young people, completely blind. don't care anymore, don't want to waste my time with those kids. Childs. and tasos wants their money. (They dream about PVP games but IRL they're pure carebears)

Yes and Darkfall was ready launch on December the 6th. They be launching on the 22nd as they would never set a date they couldn't keep and they aren't gonna take pre-orders etc etc.

This ridiculous post prooves it one more time. They are only poor childs dreaming they are IMPRESSIVE and KILLER warriors in a virtual world ("yeah DFO kills everyone we kill carebears we are WARRIORS" ) IRL they aren't prepared for the struggle for life.
Brainless, ready to pay for nothing : AUTHENTIC and most of all REAL CAREBEARS IN REAL LIFE.Not ready for real life. That's why we'll have more AOC, more VG, more DnL and more DFO each year. Because those brainless are ready to pay for nothing.

'Sceptics' think they're the holy spirit of gamer. But noone cares about you guys. That's why you need attention on the internet.
You think it's more legit to bash the game cause you have forced youself to hate the game. We that are interested in the game aren't alowed to anticipate it?
Thing is that I don't care if they postpone it or missed a vauge prediction back in 2005. Nor that they said it might be a beta in 2007. Why? Cause I have a life besides gaming, I can do something else and not give games a though.
But this is a MMO forum so we've can't just ignore you germs. And now and then a thread worth attention spawn and a whole ten posts with something intresting came up. That's amazing!

Please, you are too smart to make posts like thatt. They may let 100 new testers for a month, they may let in 10,000 new testers for month. The fact is, we don't know how many of us will get to test the game. Don't think for one second that they are going to let in all 200,000 beta applicants for a month of beta. That simply won't happen. So yes, people are going to have to pay to play this game instead of the free "try before you buy" model Tasos has been preaching for the past year.

The only problem with this is that it encourages other developers to also scam players.
One of the reasons I want Funcom to go bankrupt so bad is because I want it to be a warning shot for other game developers saying 'we will not tolerate this'... players will hammer and troll and bash you for as long as it takes if you scam and release garbage games. I want developers to never again use pre-orders and initial box sales as a way to 'finish' a game.
Read the guys form Bioware talking about their MMORPG.. they learned the lesson of AOC.

If it wont happen, its not my problem, and not yours. The thing i mean is this. People seems so scared that thier money wil magically go to Aventurine when the pre orders set in.
But it doesnt work that way. You have to give Aventurine the money. And if someone is stupid enough to give anyone money without taking a look first...thats thier problem.
Thats what i mean wittht he one months open beta, if the pre orders come and i have heard only bad things: No money for Aventurine.
So whatever Tasos says, only the fact will of furure will matter : )
