Hi everyone!
I am currently downloading a MMO patch and I realized that I am only using a fraction of my networks capabilities.
Network utilization is anywhere between 0.07% to 0.54% out of 100Mbps. (as per Task Manager)
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium and I am certain I am subscribed to a 4M internet connection so you can imagine my frustration.
Any help please would be very appreciated!
Thank you!

Task Manager reports the speed that your network card is capable of handling. That 100MBPS is probably the data speed your network card can handle not the speed of your internet connection. For that you have to ask your ISP. If you are using a DSL connection in the U.S., it is probably about 1.2MBPS. A cable connection could be from about that speed up to around 8MBPS.
Go to www.dslreports.com/ and try some of the speed tests they have to find out the real world speed limit of your connection. They also have suggestion about how to make your connection more efficient than it may be.
The download speed goes at whichever part of the connection is the slowest. That can be your end, the game's end, your ISP, their ISP, or somewhere in the middle. Think of it as water flowing through a long pipe that is huge in some areas and tiny in others. The total amount of water that can flow through the pipe is limited by however much can get through where the pipe is smallest. Adding a huge fitting on one end doesn't change that.
