LFG with non fighting classes

Are there any games out there which allow for playing non fighting classes that can stand on their own? I love the concept of having crafting classes (as opposed to crafting professions) that one has to commit to in order to be good at it.  I find the usual "one class + X professions" system not appealing as a crafter.

For example, I played Ryzom or EVE, which definitely qualify, but I was wondering if I was missing other games like that out there.

    Vanguard is all that comes to mind. You can play the game doing nothing but crafting.
