WAR free trial offers unfair

 Well I feel the community of games should know the deal I have had to deal with the past 3 weeks with warhammer customer support before wasting 15.00 dollars like I did and expect to get 3 free trial codes.

 To start off they say if you resubscribe you will get 3 free codes to invite friends and family blah blah, well it's NOT TRUE. It's more like after the second months subscription payment, THEN you will receive the 3 free trial codes to offer friends. That kinda angered me so I promptly asked them to refund me and cancel the account ( 3-4 days after activation ) I belive since they LIE about the free trials I should beable to be refunded....Boy was I wrong on that as well I received the following message in my e-mail on the support ticket

I apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. The referrals were not added for everyone immediately and the server will issue them at the time of the subscription refresh. You no need to place credit card if you are paying through game time card. I have reviewed you account and I believe yours will be activated on 1/22/09 which is your next subscription renewal date.

If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know.

 So........I asked again for a refund, and again they avoid the question and pass it off to " hey it will be fixed if you pay us another months fee"

 Yeah to some it may seem small, or silly for me to get so frustrated but tbh the game pisses me off and was a totla waste of buying the collectors eddition, and another months subscription fee to have what I see as the worst setup for customer service, and support I have ever seen in a game ot date.

 You need ot be a member and registered to not 1, but 3 websites to deal with them and access account information is one annoying thing, to reply by e-mail SENT to you by CS only gets sent back thus you must login and update the question once again which becomes a pain if you play alot of games hard to remember them all.

 The funny part is customer service didn't even bother til my 5th update to even look into my account ot see why I never had my free trial keys they just keep linking me to the promotion page over and over, while avoiding my request for a refund along the way.

 so whats this have to do with the rest of you.....Well maybe nothing perhaps something be prepared to deal with the special olympic customer service that EA/WAR provides and don't expect to get 3 free trials until you pay for TWO months subscription fees.
