Game has potential but....

The game has amazing potential however, theres just no tech support!!! I've been trying for weeks to get the game to wor for me or for someone to at least answer my question however no one cares or just doesn't monitor the forums.

 

 

If anyone knows how to get the game to patch when it says the sever is undergoing maintance even though it's not then let me know!

from what i heard, the game was undergoing something. Either try it a few more times or delete your download and try another mirror that they give. One mirror download i got said the file was corrupt, so i had to wait all over again to download a new patcher.

1. Yes, first check Firewall.
2. Something that helps me is to use the internet when you have the patch loading. For some reason it makes it start after some time. Like it's awake hehe.
3. If that don't help. Use Firefox and download the client again. Maybe the file was broken.

btw you can send tickets through the main site if you are having problems.. send it to the technical dept...

They will reply and give you steps that you can try to reolve your concern. i've tried it and their support didn't fail me. ^-^

i think if you're having problem with the mirror sites, try downloading from the main site... its easier there.
