Is Crusades dead?

Anyone know if Crusades is dead?. It seems their forum has been down for about a week and about three days ago their whole web site went down. Also I read something in their forum about one of the founders of Visual FX studios quitting and they were trying to get second round funding. At one point they had claimed they were fully funded. In any case it's too bad if they are dead because they were the only company that I know of that was attempting to make a game with a huge procedural single shard first person (as opposed to ship based like EvE) world. I was really hoping they would pull though. Hopefully they are still alive but it's looking kind of grim from where I stand.

Looked quite interesting, shame if it got the bullet.
I would really like to know if its dead also. Ive been following it for a while.Last thing mentioned was beta starting in Feb.
