Origins and roleplaying?

I liked DAoC when I played it. Came back a long while after quitting, and found the game dead. Will Origins servers be active, and will people roleplay?

Assuming that origins ever sees the light of day, I'd say for at least a little while the server will have decent population. I know there are a few role play guilds out there and I did play along side some of them on the Classic servers. I can't however say for sure that any of them will come back.
As it stands now Mythic has said nothing new about Origins in the last 6 months.
No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-
