There's a steady stream of leaks by people that have proven they're in the beta, their info is valid as it gets. However some are positive and some are negative about the game since, go figure, Aventurine have not created the game which absolutely every person in the world loves.

do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy,
shall, except as provided in subsection (b), be
fined under this title or imprisoned not more
than 10 years, or both.
(b) Any organization that commits any offense
described in subsection (a) shall be fined not
more than $5,000,000.

Each state has laws that prohibit trade secret theft. Regardless of whether you use an NDA, you can sue under these laws to stop disclosures, and in some cases, obtain financial damages.
