So I played a bit after going thru the many guides to actually start the game. The controls are a bit odd to get used to, at times I felt like I was skating, rather than walking when using the mouse with the keyboard. But to my point.
I created a new character, a pom, and when choosing its appearance the head disappeared. I guess it was some sort of graphical error, nothing big, so I selected a name and hit OK. At my character select screen all of my toons were now invisible. Still selectable, just not there, so I thought that maybe this just applies to the character screen, wrong.
Get into game and every single npc, monster, player, etc, was invisible. The grounds and buildings were there, just everything else was gone, even the names. So I try alt-tabbing, changing the graphics, no good. So then I decide the age old method of a restart.
So I restart the game, get to login page, then select the server and the game crashes and tells me to hit send (spelling error as its written "sand"), ok, maybe this was a one time thing? Try the game again, at the same point it happens again.
Restart computer, boot up, login and same thing, crashes right after selecting the server. Same error.
Now, I don't really want to have to re-install the entire game again, but I don't see any other options at the moment.
It being OB though, I can only hope that the publisher fixes the many (MANY) grammar errors, fix the actual install program (I mean come on already), and wait for some intrepid player to help me with this error so it doesn't occur to me again or to anyone else.
I ask the players since its obvious that the publisher/developers don't seem to have much of a clue when it comes to fixing or translating. Does any of these people actually take English 101 in Asia? I mean, its not that hard to find someone to translate things then find someone else to rewrite things in proper grammar. Jeez, maybe I'm asking to much?
Anyway, if when customizing your toon ye get an invisible head, then quit back to character select and try again. At least until they actually fix the game.

same exact thing happened here. I later searched google about lag and errors and found countless replies. giving up and going back to luna online.
Thats weird I wonder what the new development company did to the game. I played it for a while when I was in OB before it released the first time and everything was working fine for me then.
This game epic fails on every level the graphics are horrible and the WASD movement is fcked up completely, the class system prob has some patential along with the other features but anyone who wants to waist there time on this game is dumb its not even worth playing, i even entered in the promo for the free mount and i never even received the mount thats sad...
You get the mount in OPEN BETA. Not early release beta. Read the giveaway guidelines.
I'm currently in playtest mode for now, It'll take a few days. I just don't play a game for a few minutes then give the pass/fail. This game has gained popularity in asian markets, though we are a little more hard to please here give it some time. If you have the file you can always uninstall/reinstall and if that doenst work send in a ticket. I'd be interested on how the customer support is.

Lag/glitches are fixed now.
This game was terible, I loved Atlus console games, and was hoping that they would translate, what they did to this game. Like the LA Vlippers last 12 draft picks, I was WRONG. I played the game for about an hour, and I seen enuff. It is like they stuffed about 12k people into a sock and said, here try to get out,. Everywhere was overcamped, it took like 15 mins to complete a quest because there were like 50 people doing the same thing. The UI sucked, graphics, sucked. Sound sucked. I see no redeemeable qualites to even D/L this game, you can find better, even by accident.
