Unless I've picked something up wrong, this game is set in the Old Republic time frame (hence its called Star Wars: The Old Republic) which was before Emperor Palpatine came to power - therefore there was no Empire, or a Rebelion
hence its not star wars..i wouldnt play a batman game without batman either no matter how fantastic the story is.. its just not batman.
