I have discovered the missing link between Gary Whiting, CME and MMOGULs

Not sure if this is old news or I missed the post explaining it but I contacted MMOGULs and got this,
"Mmoguls has a contractual relationship with Itzyourmall who will be selling the CME games. We do not own rights to use anyone elses trademark name or sell their product. We are a Legit compnay Mmoguls and we offer a Social Network, access to games through our contractual relationships, affiliate spots, and a great discount mall."
I thought "Hmm they have no rights to SGW and are selling through itzyourmall" so I decided to look up itzyourmall. Well itzyourmall has all the rights to sell SGW and everything and I looked that up and it's owned by "Now Corporation", guess who owns Now Corporation? Yup you got it Gary whiting!
So to get this straight why not make a pyramid!

So Gary not only has his Mothership scheme going with SGW, he also has itzyourmall making contracts to sell SGW via semi legal schemes and god knows what else all being done one floor below CME!
Some info here on New Corp click it has been said that Gary Whiting owns MMOGULs, if not true he certainly has a contractual relationship with them at the very least. So it is fact that CME are involved with MMOGULs as the founder of CME has a contract with them to sell SGW via a pyramid scheme. This is stone cold fact and a best case scenario if you're a fanbois. Worst case is he owns MMOGULs too, and since he's been giving speeches there and telling people they'll use guild leaders in game to sign up more saps and sell crap through itzyourmall it seems likley.
I dare Gary Whiting to deny this and CME to come to MMORPG.com and do an interview with Jon Wood and deny these facts. MR Wood I'd pay $50 to see that interview on video!
BTW: Gary Whiting graduated from BYU Law School with a Master in Public Administration in 1988 so now you know why he's such a slippery fish!

Bring up something we don't already know, its clear as day so constantly doing new posts like this is pointless flooding of the forums.
Sorry, I didn't see it all stated in one place concerning Gary Whiting an the legal voodoo he's doing to promote a pyramid scheme using SGW so thought I'd post it. Also anyone new to the forum will be able to get up to speed and understand what's going on with SGW.
Damn this all makes Darkfall and Aventurine boring, I don't even care if that's vapourware or not anymore! Rock on CME baby!

I appreciate what you're doing Ag, and I hope you can keep us all updated as the situation goes on.
But I have to agree with sancher36 on one thing. You don't need multiple threads. Just pick one and bump it with new info as you get it.

Not true, this is the first post bringing now corp and I believe itzyourmall into the equation on these forums and stating the exact link between CME and MMOGULs. I've been reading this forum just as avidly as yourself over the last few weeks and this hasn't been pointed out yet.
CME has made deals with itzyourmall who is atleast in a contract with MMOGULs, all companies being owned Gary Whiting although I have no certain info about MMOGULS. However since their offices are actually one floor below CME's in the same building I have a feeling Gary has a large stake in them too!

Well it is good you made this thread and brought 'itzyourmall' up clearer.
I had mentioned it a couple of times as being something very important to look into, but that was buried of course.
It really is the lynchpin connecting all these entities owned by the same person together, but giving CME enough distance to be able to put out the statements they have.
Like I've been saying though, anyone looking at it without bias can instantly see the direct connection, and how easily the people doing the mmoguls presentations can draw a direct line to Stargate Worlds.
If all his sub companies have office space in the same building complex, I have to wonder how much money was wasted on rent that could have been put toward paying debts. That place they rented out wasnt cheap and probably was a disasterous choice in having a startup company with limited capital.
That's like 3 companies that pay for an address that dont really exist outside of GW's office.

I don't understand why some people are sooooo excited about Gary Whiting's business deals. I've heard he did realestate too!! wow. If you are not forced into being a part of a multi level deal to play stargate worlds...so what(?) Maybe he also sells Marijuana on the side!!!! So??? If the MLM deal effects game play...then Stargate Worlds will fail leading to Gary having multiple failed companies. SWEETTT!!!
So, get over it. (Maybe....he is also the guy in Africa that is emailing everyone needing back account information too?? )
I would say I'm excited about it because Gary Whiting is running a pyramid scheme that has no product and is taking money from thousands of desperate people who've been hit hard by the economic crisis. Remember there is no product at the moment, the other games promised aren't available, there is nothing! All he is doing is using itzyourmall as a portal to start a pyramid scheme with MMOGULs, but no product. You pay cash and recruit more people but he states you can start playing SGW in May.
I'm sure this venture will probably collapse before then and Gary is no doubt funneling all cash comming into MMOGULs to a different company, probably in his mothers name!
If SGW goes live you'll be harrased ingame to buy crap from itzyourmall and sign up to pyramid schemes (if MMOGULs isn't chapter 11 by then), many plan to become command leaders in game to sign you up, all on Gary's advice!
Also he's dragging the name of Stargate and MGM through the dirt, this is why I think he'll get nailed for this stunt. As MGM will crucify him for this in court. Always remember, never pick on someone bigger than you or you'll get your face smashed in!
You don't have a problem with his behaviour, fine. I do as it negativley effects the entire industry at a time of extreme hardship for all, also I like Stargate and am displeased to see it sullied in such a taudry fashion by this fly by night business person.

actually jack is a general and carter is a colonel in the time line. If you actually followed SGW you would relize its set between 8 and 9. and at the start of season 9 of SG1 Carter is a colonel and Jack is now a general. Try watching SG1.
Between season 8 and 9 could mean between the end of season 8 and the begining of season 9, in which case I'd be correct.
It may also mean between the begining of season 8 and end of season 9, in which case either of us may be correct.
It may also mean between the end of season 8 and the end of season 9, in which case we could still both be correct but it's more likley to be you.
Besides I'm certain I saw a screenshot of an NPC named Colonel Jack O'neill, though I maybe wrong. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a link where CME clears this issue up, as we're both correct at the moment!

Gary has used just about every dime made from MMOGULS so far to pay for CME employees wages. While it didn't account for much it got them caught up through mid January. (Being perpetually 2 paychecks behind is nothing to cheer about but it's because of MMOGULS that they aren't 5 or 6 checks behind right now).

Yes, and I know that them knowing where the money is coming from is weighing very heavily on some of them. I hope those ones find the out to another job they've been looking for before everything falls apart completely soon.
I'd like to know how you knew this information about what Gary is doing with the money, a link would be nice. But even so it's not exactly an act of charity, he's paying of his debts by ripping off poor desperate saps during an economic crisis.
It seems to me this scheme allows Gary to push back his court apperance date, but now he's just adding fraud to non payment of debt!

He is back now, laying low, plotting his return with Whiting when they move ******* to Utah, supposedly in mid March.. By the way check public records on Gagon, there are in access of $11Million in liens on him from the 95 conviction.
Call the former CFO of CME, he recently resigned , along with 5 other key management personel, part due to a $2.5 million dollar paryroll tax liability, and because he helped cover up a past embezzlement of $4M + bu Whioting, now he is at it again, they are OUT of mon ey, and ******* is his new cash cow, supposedly.. BUT they just secured their 4th credit card processor in 90 days, or they think they have..
