    Knowing that rankings here don't mean much, I too am a bit relieved to see more MMORPG.com viewers giving attention (and possible feedback) to FFXI. This was is definitely under-represented in general forums.

    This game is way better than an across-the-board-all-10s, but so few will give it a chance because you have to actually think and earn your way through the game.

    Then many who have given the trial a go in recent weeks are complaining about the controls and UI without trying to learn a new style. {If its not super easy and all laid out in front of you with clear silver-platter instructions they consider it crap and not worth it...heh}

    If more would give it a chance and much longer than a few min to an hr they'd find that gem many are seeking!

    Be glad this game improves from 6 to 8.1

    Other games like WoW degrade.

    wtf are you talking about ... we were never under the barrel ...

    We were the scum on the bottom of the barrel and now we have been upgraded to the scum that eats the other scum on the bottom of the barrel... omg Maple Story is within site.

    We know it ... we are the cousin you don't invite to your wedding because we are better peoples. We can live with that.

    Well it seems clear to me why it have more popular, the problems that people have been talking about have been fixed.

    The soloing and grinding problem = easy prey and decent challenge gives more exp

    Oh xD that was the big problem, but the level sync is also a genial idea, I have had good use of it.

    Well many people still means that the grafix is shit, but I know how to fix that, because FFXI has as standart the taxtures as low, but in the confiq you can set it to high and it will be great grafix ;D

    There's always I chance for something new and exciting to happen, so I can always wait until tomorrow.
