"Contact Us" security validation errors

Simply put, it seems to be bugged.  I tried, multiple times, to send an email about the profile overview pages, but wasn't ever able to get past the security validation, even though I entered the validation code correctly.

I tried this in two browsers: 1) Chrome and 2) Firefox 3.  In both cases, there appear to be two security validation input boxes, neither of which accepts the validation code.  I've tried entering the code in both and alone in only a single box (either of them) and haven't been successful.
