Looking for New Game

What I am looking for is something martial arts oriented with no non-consentual PvP, preferably with more of a flexible approach to classes and gear.

I have played 9dragons and rather liked it.  What I don't care for is the pace that skills slow down to after a bit.  I know grinding is going to be present in any mmo, but I prefer mine to be more of a gear or quest grind.

As for F2P vs. a subscription game, this really isn't an issue.  If paying for the game means I get the one I am looking for, then so be it.
