Move contest/giveaway banners up a bit

To me it seems that the advertisement banners for the giveaways are a bit out of the way. I'd personally perfer the banners and blogs to be towards the top and a bit bigger, but then again that's just my opinion. So my suggestion is, offer an alternative layout / try to develop a custom drag & drop interface for users to create their own layout on the site.

I can't believe i totally missed the Twelve Sky 2 CBK giveaway >.<
