Keep characters after beta?

Will everyone be able to keep their characters after open beta, when the game is actually released? I think i have read about this before but I have forgotten it!  image

I think I know people won´t keep their closed beta characters though....

    No no and no...

    They wouldn't do this for the pure fact that a lot of people that didn't get in the beta, or even download the OPEN beta would be pissed.

    It also wouldn't be fair if you bought the game and there's already level 50 people running around.

    So no, they won't let you carry over your toon from BETA to gold.

    Errrr......that would their own fault for not joining the open beta as it would have been available for anyone. Then what about the players who buy the game awhile after the game goes gold ? Not fair for them as there's alot of other ppl higher than them! :/
