Beta Server 2 & New Upcoming Testers Soon

Looks like with the new patch, Blizzard has also put up a new Beta Test Server 2, as well as information that another round of testers to be added soon.  You may read the post at this link:

I also copied it below from their offical forums, enjoy and thanks to Blizzard.

The server named "Beta Server 2" is a fresh server with no characters. Everyone is welcome to start new characters on this server. In addition, we are letting another round of beta testers in soon.

    Ive stopped carring about the beta long ago, every since blizzard made it painfully clear that your beta submission cannot be edited and if you no longer have control over the email address you signed up with, you are screwed.

    Kind of the same boat here, I moved recently and my ISP (which is also my phone company) made me change email addresses since we changed names on the phone bill. I still care about the beta, wouldn't mind getting a spot, but i'm kinda up the creek without a paddle on it hehe.

    So is this 2nd round of testers to come from the load test group or will it be from a new set of sign-ups/waiting list?

    These new testers will be selected from the pool of applicants from our initial signup period. Those who have been selected to participate in the beta will receive an email from Blizzard with instructions

    Also, I am currently working for an ISP, this makes the 3rd I've worked for. Each of those ISPs and each ISP that I've had reason to contact, all provide "email forwarding". This service is for folks that move, for companies that change their names, for just because. Whatever. Blizzard prolly had so many folks sign up that they don't need to provide a high level of customer support, plus it's only beta how much customer support can you expect?

    Phase 4 of beta testing should have begun. I'm betting that with the completion of this last patch, instruction emails would have been sent...

    I really do hope that I get the beta. I think I deserve it the most. After getting in the TFT beta and doing well blizz has just shut us off. I really could use that beta so I can sell it on ebay and get an easy 200+ bucks.

    Wasn't it a few days between Blizzard's first annoucement about the stress test and when it actually started? I can't remember for sure.

    ....perhaps that could be some indication of what to expect.  Although this time they don't have to wait for people to sign up so it could be faster.image
