It is with regret that we have to take this type of action, however it is in the best interest of the World of Warcraft community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game, that we have cancelled your access to the World of Warcraft servers.
Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. Apparently according to a network engineer of many years expertise on these very forums it is impossible to speedhack, noclip or fly in World of Warcraft.
Care to explain how a 2 day old character got 2000-0 in Arathi Basin without hacking in under 6 minutes or check out the WSG ones which are equally impressive when done in the SAME game? Quick cap with a DK for example?! o.O

There does not exist a program that does not have flaws or cannot be hacked.
I am uncertain if you are admitting you got caught cheating, this is a phishing attempt email or something else.
complete U-turn from yesterday when you didnt have the balls to admit you were wrong ^^.
Sidenote if you get banned a few weeks into a 3 month subscription (or whatever) Blizzard will fob you off and rob you of your money even though they owe you money.
Tough shit. Take them to the small claims court or something. I'm sure they will prove that they can legally keep your money and you will be even more out of pocket....shame
"The problem with the French is that they don't have a word for entrepreneur." -George W. Bush, discussing the decline of the French economy with British Prime Minister Tony Blair
Can't, I'm from UK and they are based in France.
Soo instead I just phoned my bank and told them that I was victim of fraud and give me a refund on my account. [They believed me the first time... :P]
{mod edit}
Strangely enough what you just admitted to is fraud.
Obviously you have an axe of some sort to grind and feel fullfilled by being a complete poon. You really are a piece of [edit before the mods do].
its not like the game is so difficult that you need to cheat to win
Thats the problem with many and the cheaters/hackers is that WoW is so easy in many areas that its still not enough so they have to resort to this and when they get caught they blame the developer.
When I say easy I don't mean you won't have trouble getting through areas or killing mobs or finding quests on your way. Much of that can still be quite a challenge too most it seems...
I really don't understand why playing a game no matter the difficulty; players have to resort to cheating/hacking to succeed. Its not a race, and big deal if you're better then the next with a virtual character... heh
Perhaps it has something to do with the other people in AB or maybe more importantly the lack thereof. Care to tell me how you only managed to have 13 honorable kills in AB? LOL
What's more is that you had 7 deaths in AB. That's some awesome freaking hack you got there. I think I can do better with one hand tied behind my back.
I don't think they banned you for hacking, I think they banned you because you sok.
Amazing what threats from a bank will do, WoW account now unlocked.
" Greetings,
We have now concluded our investigation, and your account has been unlocked.
We have also placed a Final Warning on your account, and issued you a 72 hour (3 day) suspension.
After the suspension has been served, you will be able to access the World of Warcraft servers once again.
...
Details of Incident: Use of Unauthorised Third Party Software
Character Name Involved: Sok
Consequences for Account: Account suspended for 72 hours (3 days). FINAL WARNING issued.
Due to the severity of this offence, your account has been issued its Final Warning. This means that should any further violations of our Rules and Policies occur, this will almost certainly lead to the permanent closure of your account.
While we regret to take this type of action, we have determined it to be in the best interests of the World of Warcraft community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game."
Just shows the only language Blizzard knows is money.
Just spoken to accounts department by phone and the support guy said after I told him my characters might be in "unusual positions" (i.e. floating outside Org AH etc) and could get reported again that if I speak to a GM in game and explain the situation he/she can port me to a capital city.
Don't break your arm patting your own back for threatening blizzard with your who $15 bank threat.
It is standard procedure to either give 3 day ban for 3rd party software use. Your initial ban was just the investigation.
What on earth are you trying to prove anyhow? That you are a cheater? That you can use 3rd party software to speed hack or teleport? You are not a unique snowflake and that type of thing happens in every online game, not mmo, but online game.
So congratulations on being a giant poon, what do you want now a cookie?
