This game is sooooo doomed.
Seriously.. these people cannot even put up a functioning web page to take orders properly nevermind launching and supporting a MMO. lol
Here are my expectations for the next 6 weeks.
- Servers down more than they are up. Most people experiencing game stopping issues.
- None or very little support
- Mass Nerd rage.
- By week 4 player based dwindles to a few hundred people.
- By 6 weeks the game is all but a ghost town.

Server were stable in beta because they were not ever stress tested. There was 2.5k in beta on a server that will have 10k on it,they are going to be stable. Let's see what they are like once we have 10k trying to log into the game.

OP is right with almost all he said only result maybe different.
If you launch a game you cant act like if its still in alpha stage and thats what i experience there sinds my beta entrance its if they just started to think what to do now players play there game:p

This is realy not looking good for them specially when peeps pay for it they can now be rabbit fanbois but it can chance in a blink of a eye when they pay for the game instead of free beta ride.
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009.....
In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.

The patches they introduce in beta where mainly dumbing down the game lol only patch part where the server performance improved was good.
Only a stable server is not what will save a game lol.

So you played beta for a couple of hours and got your ass kicked so much you didnt even leave the starting bindstone.

Because the game still isn't released I expect.
I just recently learned of this game and saw some gameplay after they lifted the NDA. I was initially excited but now I see that their fourms can not even handle the load of release day, so how well could their game possibly handle it.
I will give it a month and see how it pans out, but as I have stated before in other posts. We MMO players are finiky and we are not going to put up with a shody release with tons of bugs anymore. We quickly loose interest and move on.
Personally I am cutting them a little a little more slack than usual due to them not being one of the major corporations. Would love to see them suceed we need some fresh material and this looks like it is it.
Oh, and I still can not figure out where to buy this game, no retailer carries it and their website still asks you to sign up for Beta?
Luckly I am in no rush I guess hehe.
