It seems the billing proccessing is what is holding up the game.
Yepp, the confirmation emails are going out in batches while they're working off the queue. They can't activate the accounts before that phase is done.
Once the accounts are activated, the game server(s) should be available.

They haven't charged the full amount to my card either. Yet. If it makes you feel any better. No idea what my pre order/registration number is either, if it has any relevance.

At least I can master my native tongue, unlike many on this forum.
Well, that master's degree should well enable you to understand some less than perfect grammar of who clearly is not a native speaker without feeling the urge to turn that into a personal attack.
In most cultures it considered a sign of social competence to welcome foreigners for their attempt of using the local language alone. While it might be disputable if the internet is a culture, some habits would be worth being carried over there.
