how big is it ?

i always hear every1 talk about how long the update needs so i am wondering how big the update is ? 1 gig ? bc i am getting the game tomorow and i have a limit on dl and upload i know it sucks but how big is it actually ?

It doesn't say how big it is...

and it takes.... time.. but not too long.. few hrs of downloading on a 600kbps connection... so a d/l speed of maximum 80kbps but probably not that much cos of al the users playing/downloading.

I honestly don't know how big any of it is.. and the longer u wait to get the game the more downloads u will have to do hehe... Well i suppose about now might be a good time cos if u get it with chains of promethea it might have all the updates up untill the release date of that.

promathia had about an hour and a half of updating as well (at least on PS2).

i enjoy the game, but the amount of patching right out of the box is just unneccessary. it's as if they've not updated their store-bought copies since the game's been released.

still a decent game, just don't be expecting to play it the first day you have it. it was like that on release date and it's still like that today.

ok i got the game and i only patched like a hour and a half or less ...
i don't understand why people say the game blows ? i really am enjoying it ?
so what if it doesn't lvl fast ? that is just the fun about it

i agree. others argue that you'll hate it in time, but isn't that somewhat irrelavant? i ended up nearly detesting dark age of camelot, but up until that moment i have absolutely no regrets over playing the game for so long.

it's like saying a console game sucks because you're going to get bored of playing it after two or three months. either way you look at it, if you got to level 50-60 in a game you hate? you're either an idiot or a masochist. you can't entirely blame the game.

You are absolutely right!

The patches are very big, but I remember when I bought the US version for 6months ago. Took 5h to update it, heh. I wonder why, I had 2mb/s.

between lv 13 and 14 I thought theLgame was very lame but back then I didn't understood that I had to get a pt so I soloed all the time until I got a pt in the dunes.. heh

It may be the same thing for you. Between lv 10and 11/12 it may be boring but after thet PT awaits you.
