I think that means you don't have an active subscription, or you haven't actually bought the game and have been charged the full amount of money yet.
Either that or the login servers might be down. I didn't buy it yet so I don't know, but I get the same message. (I am expecting to)

Hmm... I received confirmation of pre-order as well as ?43 EU payment e-mail this afternoon. I should be as good to go as anybody. I'm hoping everybody see's this currently. Just wanted to check.
That's the messege you want right now as opposed to the others. It means your order went through. Try logging in with a bogus name or password and you'll see a different answer or with a registered account that you didn't purchase with.
Everyone who is going to be allowed in at launch is getting that messege right now. They will activate them all before you can enter the lobby. I think you will have a big game patch waiting for you then as the other patches we've had were all lobby patches.
