If i can run Lineage 2 with everything pretty high just fine, will I be able to run this?

    i would say probably, what is your specs. also you can go to the everquest2.com site and they have a tool that will check your system.

    I bought an ATI radeon 9200 a while back to play lineage 2 which was really good with my 768 ram. But even just on the character creation CD it lagged a bit and thats just limited sceneray and one actor. So i splurged and got an ATI radeon X800 and the change was amazing. No lag and Pixar qualitly graphics. The quality of graphics will be really high if you dont have the bomb system you will lag IMHOimage

    kunou has played the game on both his lower end comp and a higher end one, he said it runs equally well on both.

    check this link, one guy down there, he is beta testing says he is using 2.6ghz 1gig ram radeon 9000 128mb and it runs fine, you just have to modify the settings to best suit your system. if you meet the recommended system specs you shouldnt have much problem running the game.

    Damn. If those are the bare minimum requirements, looks like I won't be playing EQII unless I buy a new comp. And as a poor ass college student looks like that'll happen .. never

    nope, bare minimum is 1.0ghz 512ram and 64mb gfx that supports pixel shaders. i dont see it running so well on this though, but you could still try.

    Yeah. I'll just set the settings so low that everything is stickfigures and my comp won't explode like whoa.

    Either that or steal old lady's purses and save for a better comp. Time to upgrade,and what do old people need money for anyway? Pills ? pff need before greed is my motto and I am in definite need of a better computer

    lol, rob old ladies image. it might sound funny but i played lineage 2 on a 633mhz 256ram 64mb geforce2 (doesnt even meet minimum req) and i could play it just fine. only time i had too much trouble was in gludio, where everyone bought/sold thier items. so you can never tell for sure unless you try it.

    I played Lineage 2 on this comp and it was fine. But I think eq 2 will be alot more demanding and I don't know if I have 50 bucks to throw around. Played eq1 on this comp pretty decent, except for when I would go to the bazaar- where the lag was so bad I wanted to projectile vomit all over. Actually had to stare at the ground when I walked in there cause it was that bad. Hopefully I can upgrade to minimum or better standards before release
