We want more sexy Character Customization!?

in World of Warcraft

 

I was wondering if they have any plans on making our Characters more sexy?

With more Features, like More Hair styles?  More Eye Colors.....More Face Styles?  More Body Shapes?

If not this could really be bad, tons of people will "JUST" look alike! :(

Tell blizzard... On there Forms to please add more controls in making our Characters, so we won't all be looking like Clone Wars... :P

We have every right to ask this...Because were going to be Paying for the game!

    We can do this people! Tell Blizzard we want to have more Body looks!

    If other games has more Controls in making Characters, why can't WoW too?

    You know what I honestly think, in RPGs they have different races to make up for the lack of character creation, there is so many ways you could edit your character but no one does it, they just give me orcs and elves and crap, when all I want is to edit my human character better

    CoH character creation was pretty good but no where near large or detailed enough

    I have to admit, Star Wars Galaxies and EVE have the BEST character creation I've ever seen.

    I think Blizzard might put more "faces" etc in the game later on.  I believe they have bigger fish to fry with their game if they want it to go gold within the next few months.

    The amount in game now is fine...start adding more, and you up rendering time a lot when you walk into a city or come up on a large scale raid.

    Hi There

    I know its in beta still...and this is why we really need for someone in Beta testing to tell them..

    We Want more ways to make our characters, this would be really Great to not, have to go around in WoW looking like the next Character.

    I agree Who wants to look like a Clone? I know i dont.image

    I agree Eve had an excellent char creation - but I was sadly disappointed to see that it was all for nothing when after entering the game your awesome creation was nothing more than an avatar in a char window and the real char you played was a spaceship.

    I have seen several posts hinting that Blizzard does have plans to upgrade the creation process but are concentrating on content and playability issues at present.

    Can make any Face...but what good is it when theres no real life in it?

    I will agree with you if your going off of the stress test, they should add more character customization.

    But don't despair just yet my friend, i'm sure that what we have seen in the stress test and current betas are just the begining image

    They are going to put in more customization features after beta. That's just details though they are working on the major game itself before they do the details

    While I was playing the Stress Test I /suggest a lot of things and some of then stuff was eye colour, left or right handed, and more hair colour image

    I absolutely agree. . .this is one of THE only downfalls and a critical one of WoW. . .character customization.

    I made a similar post in the suggestions forum. . .and not just eye-color since that is not very discernable at all from one character to the next, but with more overall character sizability (height, width, muscle tone) hair color, skin tone, POSTURE. . .one of the reasons why I wont play undead is because the humped over posture is the exact same and can not be changed at all.

    Edit:

    BUT - do the WoW developers even come to this site to see any of these comments. . .I dont think so.

    Why aren't there black people in WoW?

    I've noticed that... there's no dark skinned anything... other then being green...

    Blizzard seems to take into consideration what their players want, moreso than any other company I have dealt with, and I am sure this topic has been addressed.  I believe I've heard some tidbits here and there that they will be adding more to character customization upon release, and perhaps even after release as well with many other things.

    Hi all,

    What i have read, Blizzard concentrate more on a wast, changing, interresting world where players can do a LOT of different stuff, than player customization. The player cusomization is happening more during gameplay, armorchange, clothes, items, etc. etc..

    But if Blizzard plan to add more cusomization upon release of the game, thats great. But peronally im happy with the way it is right now. We should not compare WoW to EQ2 when its up to player customization, its not that kind of a game.. EQ2 spend to much time on perfect graphics, WoW spend the time on things to do in the game, and are making a world that is not that realistic, but more lika the previous versions of Warcraft.. Its a fantasy world, with fantasy graphics..

    Simply put: They don't exist in the Warcraft universe. There aren't any Japanese people either. :/
