Account no longer active?

I'm curious if anyone has gotten same issue as I have.

 

Basically I've been in queue all day. Read that it's a bug that requires me to restart every 30 seconds or so, so was going to attempt that. Only to find out my account is no longer active when trying to log back in :o

 

"Account is not active (#3)"

Anyone else getting this? I'd feel pretty ripped off if they're not going to reactive my account, but still take my money xD
